We offer custom spoke (wire) wheels in all the sizes you’d expect; unique and standard colors, lacing patterns and brilliant powder coating for rim, spokes and hubs; 40, 60, 80, 90, 100 and 120 custom Harley and Choppers wheels; Seamless Aluminum Apollo rim; twisted, new and old diamond, tortoise shell, ripple and standard spokes.

   Our services will help you to create a truly unique wheel for the price of a regular custom wheel.  Our state of the art process includes: engineering (solid model computer aided design (CAD) that also includes stress finite element analyses (FEA) for parts and assembly), testing, expert lacing and truing, dimpling and drilling of rims, powder coating, research and development of new colors and special effects.

  Our billet aluminum hub is fabricated from the Certified 6061-T6 alloy in a CNC equipped machine shop . We work closely with blank rim and spoke manufacturers and provide a quality control system based on aircraft production specifications
